Culinary journey from Galápagos to Amazonia
Ecuador is a paradise: The nation’s impressive diversity is reflected not only in its stunning nature but also in its traditional cuisine, which draws inspiration from it. And although Ecuador has so much to offer, it is still largely unknown. That is precisely why it is our mission to bring you a little closer to this country – yes, to let you taste this diversity and tell you some incredibly exciting stories about Ecuador. We are working on a cookbook – a culinary journey from the Galápagos to the Amazon.
The idea for this book started as a small recipe illustration given to friends and family. Over time, Annika’s creativity and Luis’s culinary know‑how grew into a full‑featured cookbook loaded with authentic Ecuadorian recipes, exciting stories about the country and its people, and practical advice. Creating a full culinary journey through ECUADOR.
In the process we have encountered so many nice and supportive souls. Since 2024, friends, family, and neighbors have encouraged us to keep developing this project.
Our plan? We plan to publish our cookbook in 2026! So stay tuned . Meanwhile, you can find some delicous recipes on this website!
