But a small country between the Andes, the Amazon and the Pacific has at least as much to offer in terms of culinary delights – it’s just that hardly anyone knows about it: Ecuador.

Ecuador is a paradise: The nation’s impressive diversity is reflected not only in its stunning nature but also in its traditional cuisine, which draws inspiration from it. And although Ecuador has so much to offer, it is still largely unknown. That is precisely why it is our mission to bring you a little closer to this country – yes, to let you taste this diversity and tell you some incredibly exciting stories about Ecuador.
